A very popular cool climate wine that has been barrel fermented from Chardonnay grapes harvested in 2004 representing an excellent vintage for quality fruit with bumper harvests throughout the region. This Chardonnay has subtle stone fruit and peach characters that will compliment most white meat and seafood dishes.

Pinot Noir

Cool climate wine. Cherry and subtle oak integration. Unfiltered.
Traditional foot crushing was used, incorporating 30% whole bunches for Carbonic Maceration complexity matured in aged French barriques.
Match with red meat dishes and cheeses, for example White Cheshire. Drink now to 10+ years.

Shiraz

Cool climate wine. Spicy flavours. Matured for 18 months in older French oak. This Shiraz is best enjoyed with red meat and pasta dishes and will compliment any barbeque setting.

Cool climate wine with sweet berry and subtle oak. Matured for 12 months in older USA and French hogsheads. Best consumed with red meat dishes. Drink now or cellar for 5 or more years.

Cool climate wine. Blackberry characters and medium - firm tannins, 2.5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot blended to add complexity and soften the palate. Matured for 12 months in older USA and French oak.
